Visit USA-HealthCare® is extendable with the following rules:
- Minimum initial purchase duration: 5 Days
- Maximum extended duration: 364 Days
- Extension fee: $0
When you need to extend your plan, please email [email protected] with your extension request end date and authorization to charge the card on file. We’ll let you know when approved, there is a 5 day minimum.
NOTE: This is an extension of the policy and NOT a new policy. That means that if something happens in the previous policy period, it will not be considered a pre-existing condition. While if you take a new policy, it will be considered a pre-existing condition. Thus, the ability to extend is a big advantage.
All extension fees, if any, are charged by the insurance company. There are no additional fees (or any other fees) charged by your agent.
